Why can't I find my eRedbook account?

If you’re unable to locate your previous eRedbook account, this is likely due to recent changes to the platform's data controller.

In April 2025, the data controller for eRedbook changed from Sitekit Applications Ltd to Heathersoft Ltd. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), this required us to obtain fresh consent from all existing users before continuing to process or store their personal data.

To ensure transparency and compliance, we contacted all account holders by email on two separate occasions, clearly explaining the change and asking for their consent to the updated Terms and Conditions. These communications included a deadline to respond.

Unfortunately, if you did not accept the updated terms by 14 May 2025, we were legally required to permanently and securely delete your data. This means your previous account is no longer accessible.
